PURPOSE:To facilitate the releasing of a defective device by a remote operation by installing a monitoring central device for collecting, editing, processing and displaying informations such as operating state, trouble state or the like of the device for each electric motor vehicle producing a voice output at the top vehicle of the train. CONSTITUTION:The operations and trouble informations of vehicle devices 24-26 in vehicles 21-23 are collected by sensors 27-29, are fed through terminators 33-35 to a central device 30 provided at a preceding vehicle 21, are displayed on a display unit 31, and are notified by an announcement of a speaker 40 to a motorman. A disposing method for recovering the content when a trouble occurs is selectively by the device 30 based on preset data, and a switch 32 is operated to give a confirmation instruction, thereby generating an open command. Accordingly, the number of transmission lines between the vehicles is reduced, a recovering device is automatically operated by the switch 32, and an operating trouble can be effectively prevented. |
