PURPOSE:To make the device inexpensive, by providing one stand-by shared processor for processors operated by the same program in case that processors of a remote supervisory and controlling device are made dual. CONSTITUTION:Since processors 21 and 31 function to subject signals from a processing device 1 for man-machine to required processings and transmit them to a slave station-side device 5 and transmit signals from the slave station- side device 5 to the processing device 1 for man-machine, it is possible to use the same program for processors 21 and 31. Consequently, a processor 22 is used as a stand-by shared processor common to processors operated by the same program and is connected to a switching circuit; and when the processor 21 or 31 is faulty, the processor 22 is switched to be used for processings of data related to an I/O 24 or 34. |
