PURPOSE:To enable to perform an accurate current distribution and besides to enable miniaturizing of a device, by weighing a current data corresponding to an amplitude of a reflecting wave from an object to be measured. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic pulse passing through an ultrasonic transmitting part 1 and a transducer 2 is reflected by an object to be measured, and the reflecting wave is applied to a receiving part 3 through the transducer 2. A receiving output is supplied to a moving distance detecting part 4 and an amplitude detecting part 5, and a detection is made on a moving distance data l of the object to be measured and an amplitude dataIof the reflecting wave. Each of the data l andIis led to a histogram type analyzing part 6 to form a histogram of a velocity of flow to supply it to a display part 7. Then, a RAM 62 of the analyzing part 6 is accessed each time the data l andI are inputted, the contents are read to an adder 63, a weighing value W at a current point of time is added, and an adding result is written in the same address of the RAM 62. After said operation is repeated N times, the content of the RAM 62 is outputted to the display part 7. |
