PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic characteristics of a laminated core and to simplify the steps of manufacturing the core by laminating cores, on the surface of which an adhesive is coated also as an insulating material, pressing and thermally fixing the laminated core. CONSTITUTION:A hoop material 4 which is fed in a direction of an arrow is sequentially punched at a plurality of stages, and the remaining surface of the material is coated with an adhesive 3 also as an insulating material by an adhesive coating device 2 mounted on an idle stage at the front stage of the final stage of a punching press 1. Thereafter, a core 7 is punched from the hoop material 4 by the press 1 at the final stage, the cores 7 are aligned and held by a chute unit 5 in erected state on a horizontal device. In this manner, the magnetic characteristics of the core can be improved, the core can be formed thoroughly through one stage from the punching stage to the laminating stage, thereby simplifying the facility. |
