PURPOSE:To prevent the displacement of superconductive wires from each other by providing a flexible member between a filler for holding a superconductive coil and a coil mounting shaft, thereby alleviating a stress applied to the coil at the cooling time. CONSTITUTION:A flexible member 24 such as a spring or a rubber-like substance which elastically contracts is provided between a filler 23 for holding a superconductive coil 3 and a coil mounting shaft 2 to absorb the thermal contraction difference between the coil 3 and the shaft 2. In this manner, a tensile stress produced at the coil 3 can be alleviated at the cryogenically cooling time, thereby preventing the displacement of superconductive wires forming the coil due to electromagnetic force and centrifugal force. |
