PURPOSE:To facilitate an IC conversion with the temperature compensation of high accuracy, by performing the temperature compensation for the oscillating frequency of a reference oscillation source with use of a frequency that varies according to the temperature, voltage, etc. CONSTITUTION:The output of a quartz oscillating circuit 10 is divided 11 and 13 and then fed to a counter 14 in the form of a pulse having the 1-second cycle. A timer 19 which is turned on and off with a certain time period is acturated by the counter 14. Then a temperature detecting circuit 17 starts its operation to deliver the change degree of temperature of a reference temperature in the form of a pulse train signal. This pulse train signal given from the circuit 17 is led into an arithmetic circuit 18 to calculate the pulses of a number proportional to the temperature change of the resonance frequency of a quartz oscillator in the circuit 10. The pulse transmitted from the circuit 18 is put into a pulse interrupting circuit 12 for the compensation of temperature. |
