<p>The house is constructed out of three types of prefabricated panels which can be made out of wood and/or concrete. The panels are assembled together to incorporate solar panels and a layer of insulation material which is sandwiched between an outer facing of plywood and the panel framework. The panels contain grooves on all four sides, which facilitate installation alongside one another. Wooden panels are attached to a concrete foundation by chains whilst concrete panels are secured in position using bolts.</p> |
