The door seal has a strip (3) fastened to the door (23) and a pivotable strip (2) which, along its upper edge, is connected in an articulated manner to the upper edge of the strip (3) fixed to the door. The lower edges of the strips (2, 3) are connected by a flexible sealing strip (5) which, on closing the door, forming a fold, arches downwards and presses against the floor.
