The piston (1) glides within the cylinder (2) which is affixed to the valve block (5) by means of a sleeve (3). The stroke of the piston (1) is controllably limited by a removable thrust (17) which is maintained on the cylindrical envelope (11) and guided by means of a beck (22) engaged into slots (24a, 24b, 24c...), until its thrust surface (27) contacts a corresponding surface (25a, 25b, 25c) of a fixed thrust (27). By rotating the cylindrical envelope (11) with respect to the fixed sleeve (3), the beck (22) moves from a guiding slot to the other, which modifies the piston stroke (1). The sleeve (3) is provided with marks which can be seen through a window (28) of the cylindrical envelope (11) and indicate the withdrawn volume for each angular position of the envelope (11). The device provides the advantage of a better handling and a greater metering accuracy of the amount of liquid withdrawn with respect to known devices.
