The manufg. method of embossing roller used in processing sheet or film of thermoplastics such as PVC, was described. Polyorganosiloxane and crosslinking agent were coated and cured in the surface of the real thing, and then removed from the surface to give silicone elastomer having engrave, which was placed to the inside of cylinder at 5mm interval. Epoxy and dimethyleneamine were inserted to the space, cured, and then outer cylinder was removed to give epoxy cylinder having concrave, which was put to the inside of cylinder. Polyorganosiloxane and crossliking agent were packed to the space, cured and peeled.
