PURPOSE:To prevent the confusion of copying operation by providing a bin specifying means and starting issuing operation at an optional bin specified previously. CONSTITUTION:When a gathering mode is set with a gathering key 37 pressed, a bin specifying register 58 generates a bin specifying signal 40S, which is applied to a set sheet quantity comparing circuit 46 to start comparison. At this time, a registering key 31 is pressed to generate the bin specifying signal 40S by the register 58, and it is stored in a copy sheet quantity counter 41C; and a copy starting sheet quantity is displayed on a core sheet quantity display device 34 and the contents of a set sheet quantity register 43 are compared with those of the register 58. When the contents of the register 43 exceed a bin specified sheet quantity, normal copying operation is carried out and when the contents of the register 43 are less than or equal to the specified sheet quantity, an alarm is given. Thus, the confusion of copying operation is prevented. |
