PURPOSE:To improve reliability of a titled device by preventing frequent turning ON-OFF operations of a heat pump cycle, by controlling restoration to heating operation of a heat pump during the heating operation by means of an auxiliary heater. CONSTITUTION:If an atmospheric temperature is high when electric power of single phase and 200 volts is applied at midnight, a thermostat 23 is closed, a power relay 21 is excited when a contact point 24 of a hot water temperature detector is closed, a circulation pump 9 of water to be heated is driven, a contact point 26a is closed after a lapse of a fixed period by exciting a timer relay 26, and a compressor 3 of a heat pump cycle and a vaporization blower 7 are driven for heating by a heat pump. When a hot water temperature is increased, a contact point 24 is opened, a heat pump operation is stopped, a heater 17 and a timer relay 25 are electrified and a contact point 25a is opened after a lapse of a fixed period for auxiliary heating. Numeral 22 represent a hot water temperature detector of a hot water reservoir. |
