PURPOSE:To prevent a tangential seal section from seizure or burn in the bud by arranging a ring-like oil groove and injection oil grooves on the sliding face of a rear plate and by feeding oil positively to the tangential seal section so as to cool a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A part of back pressure oil flows into a ring-like oil groove 26 arranged on the sliding face of a rear plate 3; flows out toward the periphery of a rotor along the rotating direction L of the rotor due to the back pressure, centrifugal force, and inertia; and flows out positively toward points M which are the intersections of a tangential seal section 28 and the rear plate 3. Thereby, the rotor overheated by the vane sliding friction heat is cooled at the ring- like oil groove 26 portion by means of the oil circulated toward the rotating direction L of the rotor, thus occurrence of a seizure phenomenon caused by a difference in thermal expansion can be prevented. |
