The electrical assemblies are guided by means of the side edges of their printed-circuit boards in guide tracks (2) of U-shaped guide rails (1) in the mounting rack. The guide track has lateral constrictions. In the region of the constrictions, the guide rail is slotted along its base so that the guide track can be expanded elastically at this point. In consequence, it is possible to accommodate printed-circuit boards of different thickness without any play. <IMAGE>
