PURPOSE:To make each step sure and enhance the production efficiency of continuous drawing processing by performing descaling, preheating, lubrication foundation film forming, washing, lubricant coating, drying and drawing continuously on a line. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod payed out from a pay-off stand 1 is descaled by passing through bending rolls 4 and remaining scales are removed by shot blast 5. Then, it is preheated to about 70-90 deg.C by a preheating device 6 and led to a lubrication foundation processing device 7 in which zinc phosphate solution of 70-90 deg.C is circulated to undergo lubrication foundation processing. The wire rod on which a foundation is formed is sent to a washing device 8 for washing and then sent to a lubricant processing device 9 for lubrication film processing by sodium stearate, etc. Next, it is moved to a drier 10 for drying after lubrication processing. After drying, it is drawn by a drawing die 11 and coiled continuously to a coiler 12. |
