PURPOSE:To improve blast noises and blast characteristics by molding a propeller fan with a polypropylene resin material containing 25-45% of filler. CONSTITUTION:A propeller fan is molded with a polypropylene resin material containing 25-45% of filler. Thereby, no erroneous noise occurs, resulting in excellent blast characteristics as well as sufficient mechanical strength and improved reliability. Calcium carbonate, glass fibers, etc. are effective for use as filler. |
