For an arrangement of these devices which is as exposed as possible and at the same time shock-protected, this carrier is constructed in such a manner that the stabilisation device, for example pendulum, is coupled to the platform to be stabilised by it via a parallel guide acting in two dimensions which permits lateral parallel excursions of the platform. The parallel guide is preferably constructed in the form of a free-standing column which is elastically resilient with respect to lateral excursions and carries the platform, for example as a tube or hose with parallel guide rods carried therein, which, at the same time, is a through duct for connecting lines to the devices.
