PURPOSE:To save of useless space on a document and to increase the amount of information, by making picture processing to a document format where an ID column and a data column are provided on duplicated position on a scanning line. CONSTITUTION:From 129-bit to 256-bit out of an output of aquantizing circuit 12, the output is inputted to a multiplexer 14 and from 1-bit to 128-bit, the output is inputted to the multiplexer 14 via a delay circuit 13 with a delay of a specified amount. The output of the multiplexer 14 is inputted to a binary circuit 15 and stored in a video memory 16 as a binary black/white signal and an MPU17 recognizes the signal. The MPU17 confirms the optimum picture processing system to the data column at the binary circuit 15 by recognizing the IC column part and this is informed to the binary circuit 15. The binary circuit 15 binarizes the part of the data column with white/black and stores it in a video memory 16. |
