PURPOSE:To quietly send out steel pipes one by one from their pile onto skids, by using the skids and a pantograph-shaped receiver. CONSTITUTION:A guide 13 is provided on a bed 12 between a pair of inclined skids 11 for rolling away steel pipes P. To manufacture the guide 13, numerous links are coupled together as a pantograph by central shafts 15. Guide wheels 16 for the shafts 15 roll on rails 17 so that the guide 13 expands or contracts. The steel pipes P unloaded onto the guide 13 by a crane are unpiled with the expansion of the guide so that the pipes roll down one by one onto the skids 11. |
