Urea derivatives, their production and use.

Urea derivatives of the general formula:
<Chemistry id="chema01" num="0001"><Image id="ia01" he="13" wi="67" file="IMGA0001.TIF" imgContent="chem" imgFormat="TIFF" inline="no" /></Chemistry>wherein R' stands for a lower alkyl group; and R<Sup>2</Sup> stands for a lower alkyl group or a lower alkoxy group, or a salt thereof, are novel and have a strong herbicidal activity against various species of weeds and shows a very low phytotoxicity to crop plants.
