PURPOSE:To eliminate concaves and convexes on the outer circumferential face of a rotor and making uniform the gap between it and a stator and improve characteristics and raise accuracy in stacking stamped iron core plates to make a rotor by pressing the stacked iron core plates radially in reference to the outer circumferential face. CONSTITUTION:When a specified number of stamped iron core plates 5 are stacked to form a rotor they are laterally pressed in the radial direction so that the outer diameter becomes constant in reference to the outer circumferece. With this arrangement, convexes and concaves on the outer circumference of the rotor are eliminated and the gap between it and the stator can be made uniform. |
