PURPOSE:To improve a pull-in characteristic and a pull-out characteristic in a high frequency region by using magnetic powder as a base, pressing and molding compound powder obtained by compounding thermocuring resin as a binder to the magnetic powder and shaping a magnetic path forming member. CONSTITUTION:The compound powder of iron powder (magnetic powder) and the thermocuring resin is pressed and molded, and one part or all of the magnetic path forming member of the stepping motor are formed by curing the resin. The rate of the magnetic powder forming the compound powder is properly determined according to performance required for the magnetic path forming member, but it is also related to the quantity of the thermocuring resin used, and the magnetic powder is employed generally at the rate of 96% or higher, preferably, 98% or higher. |
