PURPOSE:To reek to release the restriction feeling by seat belt by providing a lock means having a buckle belt shape in a section on the pulling out base end side of a seat belt and making the seat belt free in fixing at an optional position by controlling a clip of this lock means. CONSTITUTION: By utilizing a belt for fixing a metal fitting a from which a seat bolt d of a vehicle is suspended to a car body, this device which is provided with a clip c being free in rocking through a pivot at its lower part is mounted and fixed to the hook f part of its upper part. It becomes usable condition by passing through the seat belt d after removing the clip c of this device temporarily and thereafter mounting the clip c again. And it is so made that the seat belt d may be caught, and locked between the clip c of this device and the main body by pushing up the clip c after adjusting the seat belt d to the body so as to make proper looseness. |
