PURPOSE:To hold an attitude of a barge, by stopping one end of each wire to the bottom of the water, holding the other end onto the barge and previously applying reaction force, corresponding to reaction force applied from the barge while a weight structure is transferred to the barge, to the plural wires. CONSTITUTION:A barge 1 comes alongside the pier, and then a skid rail 3 of the barge 1 and a skid rail 3' at the side of land are adjusted to be in an equal level by ballasting the barge. Then wires 5 are suspended from the barge 1 through hollow steel pipes and fixed with their lower end to the bottom of the sea, then the wires 5 are tightened by winches 9. At this time, reaction force, applied from the barge 1 while a loaded structure K is transferred to the barge 1, is previously calculated. Then ballast water in the barge 1 is discharged by a pump to apply reaction force, corresponding to the calculated reaction force, to the wire 5. And then the structure K is carried into the barge 1. |
