PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation of a controller and to make the accuracy of control higher, by mitigating rapid change in a target value of a controlled variable and taking it as an input to the controller. CONSTITUTION:A value V0 of a target value SV1 of a controlled variable is stored to registers 11 and 14 before point of time t1 and a new value V1 of the SV1 is stored to the register 11 at a point of time t0. An operating circuit 12 makes operation for the output V1 of the register 11 and the output V0 of the regieter 14 based on a mitigated target value CSV13 at an input sampling period and inputs a new value to the register 14. The CVS13 of the output of the register 14 and a present value AV2 of the controlled variable are inputted to a subtractor 3, where the subtraction of EV4=CSV-AV is performed. Thus, since the CSV13 changes in a ramp waveform from the t0 to the t1 for a sudden change of the SV1 at the t0 from the V0 to the V1, the AV2 can easily follow the CSV13. |
