PURPOSE:To obtain an ink jet head wherein an ink discharging hole and an ink passage are formed at a high precision by a method wherein an ink passage is formed by laminating hardened film of photosensitive resin and an ink discharging hole interconnected thereto is formed by further overlaying hardened films on the passage. CONSTITUTION:A hardened film of photosensitive resin 3H is provided on a substrate 1 wherein an ink discharge pressure generating element 2 is provided, and then an ink passage is formed by overlaying a hardened film of photosensitive resin 5H on said film surface. Further, an interconnecting opening 9 is formed by overlaying a hardened film of photosensitive resin 8 on the hardened film surface 5H, and after that an ink discharging hole 10 is formed in the hardened films 3H, 5H, 8 by cutting the substrate along the line C-C'. |
