PURPOSE:To provide an ink jet head which enables simple and low-cost compensation for variations in characteristics due to changes in the environmental temperature by arranging a plurality of piezo-electric elements varied in the temperature characteristic so as to mutually compensate for and improve overall characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A combination of a plurality of piezo-electric vibrators 5 and 6 different from each other in the temperature characteristics for example, as indicated by curves A and B is used as a piezo-electric vibrator for applying vibration to a pressurized ink and a nozzle 3 to develop combined temperature characteristics of a curve C (indicating a very flat temperature characteristic in a certain temperature range). |
