<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the working time conspicuously by pressing an airtight cover to the wall where the cable is built in by the stress to pull the cable. CONSTITUTION:A cable 3 in an underground pipe 2 is grasped by a clip 11 and a traction rod 13 is fitted through a tension bar 12. The traction rod 13 is pulled towards opposite direction of a wall 14 the pipe is built in by a center hole jack 6, with which the opening of a ram chair 7, the airtight cover, is combined with the opening of the pipe or the wall 14 having the opening so that the former may be pressed against the latter. When the clip 11 grasping the cable 3 is pulled towards the opposite direction of the wall 14 by a tension bar 12 through the traction rod 13, by operating the center hole jack 6, the opening of the ram chair 7 is pressed against the wall 14 by this stress, so that the airtightness can be well kept.</p> |
