PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic core from being damaged in a manufacturing process, by winding thin-belt-shaped magnetic material of amorphous alloy wound in spiral, forming a wound iron core, containing the wound iron core in a metal case, and cooling it including the case after heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A thin body of amorphous alloy is manufactured by single roll method. The thin body of amorphous alloy is wound in spiral to make an iron core, and contained in a case of aluminum. The contained amorphous alloy is tightened firmly along the outer periphery of the case.
