PRODUCING DEVICE OF DISK RECORDING ORIGINAL BOARD

PURPOSE:To produce an original board of a recording disk with high accuracy, by changing the soft support to the hard support for the bearing which supports the original board after correcting the unbalanced rotation and improving easily the balancing accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 3 is supported softly by a block 31 of a sensing stand 4 which has a reciprocal movement via the springs 29 and 30. A glass original board 1 is put on a rotary table 22 which is supported by the bearing 3, and the laser light is irradiated according to the information to the board 1 having a rotary and linear shift. The displacement of the bearing 3 caused by the vibration due to the unbalance is detected by a displacement detector 28. Then the unbalance is corrected by attaching a weight to the groove 27 of the table 22 in accordance with the degree of unbalance. After this correcton, the compressed air is supplied to a cylinder 32 of the block 31. As a result, the bearing 3 is supported rigidly by the stand 4 to improve easily the balancing accuracy of the turning board 1. Thus an original board is produced to ensure the recording with high accuracy.
