<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a low cost heat insulating material simply, by filling a specified container with a disposed styrene foam, then compressing it and supplying heat to its face contacting the container, fusion-bonding and solidifying its face. CONSTITUTION:A disposed styrene foam 10 which is crushed into a proper size (pref. an outside diameter of ca. 10-20cm) is filled in a case body 1 having a heat generating means of e.g. a heater etc. inside of a wall face 5, then a compressing plate 2 having a heat generating means inside of a wall face 6 is moved to an arrow direction and the styrene 10 is compressed, and each heater 5, 6 of the case body 1 and the compressing plate 2 is made to generate heat above 180 deg.C and a surface of the styrene foam 10 is fused, then cooled and an aimed heat insulating material is obtained. Also, a shaped heat insulating material of 20-30mm. thickness, 2-3mm. hardened layer thickness is practical.</p> |
