<p>PURPOSE:To perform all operations with a single hand and to increase the handling performance of a tape recorder, by setting the mechanism of the tape recorder at the cue/review state and at the same time adding a common member which limits the degree of operation of a stop operating member so that it can engage the stop operating member. CONSTITUTION:The middle bent parts 33c and 34c of a fast forwarding operation plate 33 and a rewinding operation plate 34 act selectively on a tape driving mechanism to be set at the fast forwarding or rewinding state. At the same time the plates 33 and 34 can selectively engage a long foot 45a of a cue/review layer 45 which functions as a common member. A lock slider 46 which locks the reproduction, fast forwarding and rewinding operation plates 31, 33 and 34 is freely set and unset to a release bar 46g of the slider 46 by moving the stop operating plate 32 toward an arrow AB. The lock part of the slider 46 has different lengths S and S', and as a result the stroke of the plate 32 works in two steps.</p> |
