PURPOSE:To provide a prescribed frequency characteristic to each part of sound radiation planes sectioned with a plurality of split electrdes, and to drive the said part with a power source, by splitting the electrode of an acoustic transducer into a plurality and connecting each with an inductance or a resistor. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 12 and 14 are provided on the surface of a piezoelectric plate 10, the electrode 14 is split into electrodes 14a, 14b and 14c, and they are connected with an inductor or resistors Z1 and Z2. The center of the transducer consisting of the electrodes 14a and 12 is driven with low-high frequency components included in an impulse from terminals Ta and Tb, and the center and surrounding parts consisting of the electrodes 14b and 14c and the electrode 12 are driven with medium-high frequency components with the low pass filter consisting of the inductor or the resistors Z1 and Z2. |
