PURPOSE:To simplify an interface circuit by using a counter in a microcomputer, counting changes in periods of signals which are different in correspondence with temperatures and using said changes as the number of loops in a program, thereby obtaining a temperature. CONSTITUTION:Rectangular wave oscillators 4a-4n including temperature sensitive elements 6 output the signals whose ON period is constant and OFF period are changed in response to the changes in the temperatures. The outputs of said oscillators 4a... are connected to an I/O interface circuit 12 in the microcomputer 1 through input data lines 5. The microcomputer 1 outputs a signal selecting code which selects one of the oscillators 4a... through output data lines and actuates the specified oscillator. The rise up signals of the outputs of the specified oscillator are repeatedly detected by specified times. The rise up signals are accumulated and added in a first counter 13, and the temperature is obtained. |
