PURPOSE:To prevent outdoor wind from flowing in a room when operation is suspended, by a method wherein opening and closing actions of shutters for suction and exhaust ventilation openings are interlocked with each other and setting of closing force of one side shutter resulting from outdoor wind is made equal to or larger than opening force of the other side shutter resulting from the outdoor wind. CONSTITUTION:A synchronized suction and exhaust type ventilation fan is constituted of fans 3 and 4 and a freely attacheable and detacheable heat exchanger 7 which are provided inside a main body 1 in one side of which an exhaust opening 8 and a suction opening 9 are opened. Cylindrical shutter frames 12 and 19 are connected with the exhaust opening 8 and the suction opening 9 respectively, and shutters 16 and 22 are supported by hinges on ventilation holes 13 and 20 which are opened at the edges of the shutter outer frames 12 and 19 respectively. In this instance, a shaft 15 is provided by penetrating through supporting pieces 14 and 21 provided closely and vertically to bearing pieces 17 and 23 and the ventilating holes 13 and 20 of each of the shutters 16 and 22, and each of the shutters 16 and 22 are secured to the shaft 15. Then, closing force of the shutter 22 resulting from outdoor wind is set equally to or larger than opening force of the shutter 16 resulting from the outdoor wind. |
