The device is essentially made up of a spiral conveyor (6) on a shaft (7) that is mounted, in correspondence to the product supply outlet (2), to a propeller formation or unit (17) used to take the products that are supplied in a rotational movement. In front of the propeller is a radially fingered restrictor (100) that acts as a scraper. This is preferably applied for the measured supply of pigments in powder or microsphere form in the aforementioned colour kitched of a fabric plant with the intent of eliminating the formation and/or persistence of lumps in the material being supplied.
