PURPOSE:To improve heat recovery efficiency at the time of room ventilation in a cold district, by constituting in the manner that ventilation is carried out by making ambient air contact with a total heat exchanger after the air has been predehumidified in case of highly humid warm indoor air and after the air has been preheated up to higher temperature than a freezing point respectively. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a cylindrical casing 7 is divided into a suction duct 4 and an exhaust duct 5 by a partition plate 8, and a rotary type total heat exchanger 1 which is common to each of the suction duct 4 and the exhaust duct 5 is provided on the midway of them. Then, as for the inside of the exhaust duct 5, a first total heat exchanger 1 which functions even as a dehumidifier is provided on the roomside of the total heat exchanger 1, and on the other hand, as for the inside of the exhaust duct 4, a second heat exchanger 3 which functions as a heater is provided on an outdoorside of the total heat exchanger 1, both of which are connected by a circulation duct 6 with each other. Moreover, fans 13 and 12 are provided in the suction duct 4 and the exhaust duct 5 respectively. In the above constitution, ventilation operation is made to carry out to attain the desired purpose. |
