PURPOSE:To make economically the surface of a molding smooth without applying a luster coating or a luster film, by pressing part of the surface of the molding that is in a soft state after the extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin 12 is fed under a great pressure into an extrustion space 11 of an extrusion die 10, and is delivered simultaneously with a core material 14 from an aperture 13 to be extruded and molding into a molding M. A tape 17 that is payed out from a payoff roll 16 is introduced into a guide hole 15 extending to the aperture 13 in the extrusion die 10, is stuck to a flat part B of the molding M where luster is desired, is extruded together with the molding M in this state continuously, and is cooled with water in a cooling tank 19, and the tape 17 is guided by a roller 20 in a direction different from the direction of the guided molding M, and is wound onto a winding roller 21. Thus, a smooth and bright surface can be formed on the flat part B of the molding M. |
