<p>PURPOSE:To produce at high speed a thermoplastic resin sheet with a uniform thickness and without any defect on the sheet surface, by energizing a direct high voltage current with the ripple voltage content and the frequency being specified to a thermoplastic that has been extruded into a film. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin is melted and extruded into a film by electrostatic adhesion process, utilizing a direct current high voltage generating apparatus as a direct current high voltage stabilized electric source whose ripple voltage content is at most 0.05% and whose ripple voltage frequency is at least 5kHz. According to this method, if the calendering speed is increased, a quality film without any surface defect and with a uniform thickness is obtained.</p> |
