<p>PURPOSE:To remove a wiring between a local device and master equipment and to simplify the circuit configuration of the titled device by detecting temperature and changing a current supply ratio to a heat generating part or a cooling part by a current supply ratio controlling circuit consisting of a sweep oscillating circuit and a resonance circuit. CONSTITUTION:A temperature controlling device consists of a current supply ratio, controlling circuit having a sweep oscillating circuit 2 and a resonance circuit 5 and a temperature detecting element 13 detecting the temperature of a heat generating part or a cooling part. When the heat sensitive element 13 detects the temperature of the heat generating part or the cooling part of which current supply ratio is controlled by a contact 12 of a relay 8, the voltage of a bias circuit 14 and the frequency band of the sweep oscillating circuit 2 are changed successively and also a signal with the frequency of the resonance circuit 5 is relatively changed to automatically change the current supply ratio, controlling temperature.</p> |
