PURPOSE:To obtain an optional conversion ratio by setting properly both the weight of the original data and the weight of the converted data respectively. CONSTITUTION:The accumulation value 4 of the original data is compared with the accumulation value 11 of the converted data. Then an original data weight comparator 16 outputs an original data updating signal 7 with input of a clock signal 15 and only when the value 4 is smaller than or equal to the value 11. Meanwhile a converted data weight conversion circuit 17 compares both values 4 and 11 with each other and outputs a data updating signal 14 after conversion with input of the signal 15 and only when the value 11 is smaller than or equal to the value 4. Then the weight value of the original data and that of the converted data are set, and the output timing of the original data and the sampling timing of the converted data are controlled so as to secure the coincidence between both weight values. Then the conversion of the image data quantity is carried out. As a result, an optional conversion ratio is obtained. |
