PURPOSE:To enable the enough loading precision to be secure, by mounting at a suitable position of a curing apparatus a green tire gripping apparatus composing a loading apparatus swingably in a vertical plane that becomes vertical at the center of the curing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When by actuating a cylinder 15 a pinion 14 is rotated via a rack 16, an arm 13 is swung, a stopper 19 abuts on a suitable position 20 of the curing apparatus main body, and the gripping apparatus A is positioned at the mold center position in a vertical position as shown by alternate long and two short dashes lines. Then when a beam 7 is lowered, the green tire T is positioned to a lower bead ring 5a. A bladder 6a is inserted into the green tire T by a conventional method, the gripping apparatus A is moved away from the green tire by lifting the beam 7, and is swung outward by the cylinder 15, the rack 16, the pinion 14, etc., thereafter the beam 7 is lowered to close the upper and lower molds, and the curing step is started, while the gripping apparatus A grips the next green tire on the known green tire receiving table B. |
