PURPOSE:To facilitate reading of a time at night by switching a digital display unit for a present time display when an illuminating lamp in the digital display unit is lighted. CONSTITUTION:When a switching signal A is inputted, a selection signal 26 is delivered from a switch controlling circuit 24 to a selection circuit 20 to select any one of an alarm, a calendar and a stop watch, which is displayed digitally 22 through a decoder 21. When a switching signal B is inputted, a time display signal formed by a time counter 15 is selected by the selection circuit 20 and a time is displayed digitally 22. Simultaneously, a lamp 25 is lighted for illuminating the digital display 22. |
