PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive cartridge superior in appearance and having a nonpeelable recording blank, by providing a layer for taking notes on by a printing method on a plastic cartridge used for packing an information recording material. CONSTITUTION:A directly writable layer is provided on the surface of a plastic cartridge by a printing method. As the method for printing this writable layer, an intaglio offset printing method using a properly soft tampon or pad known as a tampon or pad printing method and a printing method using an ink jet method can be adopted. As an ink to be used for directly printing the writable layer, an ink containing a polymer having the same origin as the plastics which are used for a matting agent, a hydrophilic polymer, and the cartridge material is preferable. |
