PURPOSE:To set a scanning optical system automatically and accurately by connecting a lens carrier of said optical system and the output terminal of a lens driving device by means of a spring and bringing said carrier into abutment on a stopper. CONSTITUTION:A lens 3 is fixed to the prescribed position on a base plate 10 provided with sliding bearings 8 and 9. Guiding rods 11, 12 are inserted smoothly into the bearings 8, 9, and further both ends of the rods 11, 12 are fixed to the prescribed positions by means of supporting materials 13. A drum 19 and a wheel 23 are fixed to a shaft 22, shaft 22 is supported to a shaft 24. A worm 26 fitted to the shaft of a motor 25 is meshed with wheel 23, and a wire 16 is moved back and forth by a drum 19 when it is rotated by the forward and backward turning of the motor 25. The lens 3 is set at prescribed positions by means of a stopper 31 which is held energized by a spring 30 and is controlled of moving in and out by the conduction of electricity to a solenoid coil 27. |
