PURPOSE:To prevent a spiral fin from being loosened without using any locking component and to make inexpensive and mass production of the fin possible by cutting a slit on a part of the fin and by superposing and bending the fin to lock it. CONSTITUTION:On operating a lever 5, a slide cam 6 connected to a link 9 is actuated and a die 4 fixed to a cam follower 7 by a shaft 10 moves downward to nip two fins on the terminal. On the other hand, a cut-and-bent blade 3 operates diagonally upward by means of a delayed motion link 8. Following this, the tip of the cut-and-bent blade 3 cuts slits on the two fins on the terminal, and bends the slitted fins by pushing to perform cut-and-bent caulking. |
