PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a tape and a head, by forming a capstan for running the mount of an acoustic album recorder to a shape like a cylinder which is recessed in the center part into a shape corresponding to the thickness and the width of a magnetism retentive band. CONSTITUTION:Mangetism retentive bands 2 and 2' having a constant width placed in end parts of one sides of both faces of an acoustic album mount 1 are adhered or printed onto the acoustic album mount 1. A capstan 3 formed with an elastic material such as rubber is connected directly to a flywheel shaft 5 and is rotated with a stable rotation number to bring closely the acoustic album mount 1 into contact with a magnetic head 6 and runs the acoustic album mount 1 in the lateral direction. In respect to the shape of the capstan 3, the part facing to magnetism retentive bands 2 and 2' of the acoustic album mount 1 is provided with a recess part 7 having a depth and a width larger than the thickness of magnetism retentive bands 2 and 2', and projecting parts 8 and 8' are provided in both ends and are pressed to the acoustic album mount 1 to be brought closely into contact with the acoustic album mount 1. Thus, dirt and dust stuck to the capstan are not stuck to magnetism retentive bands, and sounds are recorded and reproduced well. |
