发明名称 CONTROLLING METHOD FOR ARC WELDING ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To stick a spatter preventing compd. surely and to prevent welding defects by adding a course of dipping a tip part of a torch into the spatter preventing compd. in the moving path for a welding torch. CONSTITUTION:A rotating and driving machine 12 of a driving mechanism 11 is driven before or after the end of welding, and a lever 9 and a cover 10 are retreated in a counter clockwise direction. A torch 5 and a vessel 7 contg. a spatter preventing compd. 8 are relatively moved in vertical directions so that these members approach to each other. The tip part of the torch which is held heated right after the welding contacts the solid compd. 8 and liquefies said compd., and sticks to the tip part of the torch. Thereafter, the torch 5 and the vessel 7 contg. the compd. 8 are shaken relatively in the direction intersecting with the axial line of the torch. Therefore, while the solid compd. 8 is liquefied, it is agitated so that the compd. 8 is stuck surely at the tip part of the torch without consumption of only the certain part of the compd. 8.
