Program-controlled pressure liq. flow - altering pressure to produce constant fluid flow velocity esp. of molten metal

The flow of liq. esp. of molten metal, under pressure, is controlled by a rising pressure, checking the time when the jet passes a monitored section, and starting at that moment a program control for the pressure. The pressure rise is such that the velocity is constant when the monitored section is reached. The program control sequence is followed by a pressure redn. and these velocities are held throughout all cycles. This keeps the flow cycles constant independent of the metal level in the ladle.
