PURPOSE:To prevent unusual phenomena such as the creep of ball bearings and to contrive the long life and high quality of the ball bearings by a method wherein pins are provided at the outer rings of the ball bearings and pin accommodation grooves are provided at the inside diameter surface of a bearing housing supporting the ball bearings. CONSTITUTION:Pin accommodation grooves 25 formed in recessed shape to engage with the outer rings of ball bearings 22 and engaging the inside diameter surface with pins 24 providing at the ball bearings 22 and a guide section 26 guiding the pins 24 to the grooves 25 are provided. The width of the guide section 26 is very broad at the opening end of a bearing housing section 23 and gradually narrows with the guide section 26 proceeds to the inner part and the guide section 26 is connected to the grooves at a fixed position. In this way, unusual phenomena such as the creep of ball bearings can be prevented and the long life and high quality of the ball bearings can be attained. |
